Abstract EN

In this study, entitled “The Company of Dignitaries from Jurisprudential and legal Perspectives”, we discussed the concept of company in general and the definition of the company of dignitaries and its characteristics with a special emphasis on the fact that it is a company without capital contribution from the partners.

The researchers also talked about the legality of the company and pointed out the responsibilities of the partner in relation to his duties and rights, in addition to discussing the distribution of profits and losses.

The study came to a number of conclusions, including the following: the company is legal and the distribution of profits is relative to the share of each partner in the capital, the loss is proportionate to the share of each partner, and finally, the company closes down if one of the partners dies or if it goes out of business.
