Trading on the stock markets : stocks and shares
Fatawa Question
I have read all your Fatwas about stocks either in your site or Islam online. But I did not find an answer for the following question : can we short stocks and buy it same day ? by this I do not pay any interest to the broker and he is only facilitate lending the stocks of other investor to me (can the stock itself be borrowed ?) Thanks and best regards Sherief from Kuwait
