English Abstract
The aim of this paper is to evaluate and study the effect of Erlang Traffic Signal Capacity measured in Dukan towers by using TRX software program for measuring Traffic Erlang Capacity.
In this paper a comparison made between traffic signal and electrical tilt angle antenna at different sites in Dukan region.
The idea of incoming users requiring random number of resources has been previously addressed in operations research.
Simulation results indicate that optimum downtilt angle depends on the network environment and different environments may lead to different optimization results in terms of capacity and coverage performance.
Determining the suitable antenna down tilt angle is a very critical issue in cellular network, since it affects the system performance, aiming to enhance the traffic signal strengths of serving cells, in addition to reducing the interference levels with the cellular system.
