English Abstract
تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في تأثير التهذيب على الجنس و طرق التواصل و انعكاساتها على السلوك لدى الرجال و النساء.
كما و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المجالات التي يؤثر فيها الجنس على التهذيب و طرق التواصل إضافة إلى الأسباب التي أدت إلى ذلك.
و لغايات تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة من المرشحين الذين فازوا بالانتخابات 2017/2016 أدوات هذه الدراسة اعتمدت على المنهج التحليلي و جدول تم تقسيمه إلى عدة فئات ( قلة الأدب، الاستجابات المقاطعة في الحديث السخرية و انقسمت كفئة إلى عمودين الأول يمثل الذكور و الثاني يمثل الإناث.
أظهرت الدراسة أن تأثير التهذيب في الخطاب يشمل كلا الجنسين والسبب في ذلك يعود إلى رغبتهم في كسب الاحترام والوصول إلى طرق التواصل الفعالة، إضافة إلى ذلك فإن الاختلافات في نوعية اللغة المستخدمة في الخطاب بين الذكور والإناث تحدد نوعية المستمعين وطرق استجاباتهم.
و بالرغم من ذلك فإن الدراسة أظهرت أن الاختلافات في النسب المئوية بين الذكور و الإناث بناء على الفئات لا يمكن تغييرها حسب طبيعة المتحدث، و لكنه من الممكن تحسينها عن طريق استخدام استراتيجيات متنوعة كالاختيار المناسب للكلمات و تقليل المقاطعة أثناء الحديث و طريقة طرح الأسئلة إضافة إلى التهذيب و التأكد من أن جميع أطراف الحديث لديهم القبول التام للتواصل الفعال.
