In light of what known of current economic environnement of complexity in its components and challenges especially the universel ^nancial crisis.

The banks kuows since the last decade in last century the great orientation toward at assembly its capacities and capabilities by integration process between them in an effort to avoid the negative effects of ^nancial crisis through bene^t to various ^nancial, economic, marketing advantages.

In view the integration process is tool to save in all years to financial crisis, the american banking headed quickly toward the integration.

At result we will discuss in this paper the role of banking integration to limite the effects of financial crisis depending the JP Morgan Chase & Co bank in management of universel financial crisis in 2008 as sample to this study.
