Abstract EN

This article aims to examine the role of the United Nations in the development of the right to humanitarian assistance to all the people or group of individuals found, as a result of natural conditions (such as earthquakes and floods..) or human-induced conditions (such as wars and internal conflicts..) in need of such assistance from the state itself or from other countries and humanitarian organizations.

It also aims to highlight the efforts of the United Nations and its interventions in order to put the right to humanitarian assistance into practice in many countries.

The article also examines the Palestinian situation, especially in the Gaza Strip and its population's need for humanitarian aid, shows the most important legal justification for the intervention of the United Nations to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza.
