Abstract EN

The study aims to examine the Jordanian democratic model in accordance with the royal vision and propositions of Jordan during 1999-2016, in terms of its principles, foundations, purposed objectives and challenges at internal and external levels.

The study used the analytical historic approach based on original documents represented by speeches of King Abdullah II Bin Al-Hussein as well as a number of statements and declarations issued by the official Jordanian authorities.

The study shows the seriousness of Jordan's political leadership represented by King Abdullah II who instilled the democratic approach in the reality of the Jordanian political system in order to reach the stage of party-based parliamentary governments.
