In commitment with constitutional amendments that have taken place on the Jordanian Constitution in 2011, one of the most important amendment was the amendment of Article 100 in order to approve the principle of two levels litigation at the administrative judiciary, and accordingly the issuing of Administrative Justice Law No.

(27) for the year 2014, which overruled and replaced the Supreme Court Act No.

12 of 1992.

Which is considered as huge step at the rode of Jordanian administrative judiciary.

The administrative justice law included many terms of procedures , which was expanded dramatically and significanlly because most of those procedures was not specified in the law of the supreme court of justice that have been cancelled, therefore, we should higlight the most important of those provisions .

The establishment of the administrative court of two levels, one of the most important innovation administrative justice , and allows the principle of ligiation on two levels of aggrieved than spending the first reopening the dispute again to examine him scrutiny of a experienced and knowledgeable to fix what he grew to flawed judgement.
