Roman International criminal Court Status includes a set of guarantees assured to the accused such as: a fair trial recognized by international law and international standards, so that every person accused by genocide, crimes against humanity or wars could benefit from a normal public trial once passing the sentence in the frame of integrity and guarantees assured by the status so that it provides more protection than that provided by other international acts.
