The Islamic Maghreb defined an important presence for the Dhemmis, especially the Jews And to a lesser extent Christians, where they participated in the history of the region and lived all the countries that ruled, from the beginning of the Islamic conquest, Based on the principles of Islamic dealing with this category, whose provisions have been defined by the Islamic Shari'a, the Dhemmis have participated in all spheres of political, economic, social and cultural life.

In this research we will attempt to learn about the political role they played under the Zayanid rule of the Middle Maghreb, Which ranged from the seventh century to the middle of the tenth century (H), corresponding to the thirteenth to sixteenth century(j.c), and we will try to show what positions they managed to adopt in this era, and whether their political presence in the Zayianid state, such as their presence in the neighboring Marinians and Hafsids.

Where the use of the Dhimmis more in the diplomatic field, especially when it comes to Jews who mastered several languages and enjoyed a large part of the trickery and misguidance, the rulers of Beni Abdelwad used in their embassies, especially to the Christian kingdoms.
