Taking mortgages to buy a residence in western countries : buying a house through non-Islamic mortgage

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, I am a Muslim living in Europe. I need to buy a house through non Islamic mortgage but I may move from my city in every 2 years or so to anathor city. My question is : can I rent it ?? then if not, what should I do ?? Gazakom Allaho Kayran. Jazakum Allahu Khairan for your constant help
