Abstract EN

The broad objective of this paper is to investigate the feasibility of projects’ investment in general terms and specifically in Algeria, since the investment decision is one of the most difficult decisions facing entrepreneurs especially with the fast changes and rapid development known in the economic globalization; with risk factor consideration facing the investor in an uncertainty conditions, which makes the projects evaluation necessary for the study to become closer to reality.
