Abstract EN

The present study aimed to design and build a grid observation and evaluation teaching practices of a professor of physical education and sports in the different educational levels in Algeria, the researcher backs to previous studies that focused on the assessment of teaching practices for teachers in general, studies that focused on the assessment of teaching practices to professor of physical education and sports in particular, as Check researcher on the literature on the subject of effective teaching skills, in addition to the previous cards used by a researcher at the master's and doctoral degrees, where he developed the original grid observation with some modifications, and based on that have been identified for basic card performance skills, which have been distributed to four areas: planning, implementation, management and evaluation grade.
