Manuscripts are part of the heritage of any nation; the fact that makes researchers interested in showing people this important fortune.
Among the Algerian researchers who studied manuscripts the great scholar Cheikh Mohamed Ben Mhammed Belalem Ben hmiden azzajlaoui who was died in 1797.
The choice of this manuscrit entitled : Al Wajiz Charh Ala Mokhtasar Alkhalil is due to the great importance in Malikit studies, and as a contribution to revive the heritage of this great scholar.
This study attempts to identify this manuscript, what was said about it by other researchers, who explain it, and what was his methodology in studying it.
