The Algerian State has greatly intensified its experiments with the intention, in particular, of integrating unemployed young people, which made it possible from a theoretical point of view to achieve one of the objectives of human development which enables the resources needed for a decent standard of living , nevertheless the aim of all this remains the capacity of the system of employment to realize the essential demand of the young unemployed to integrate the world of work, in face of this challenge of the experience of the young people integrated within the framework of the integration device professional witnessing cases of social exclusion to different degrees that we consider as a whole as a failure of this policy.
