Abstract EN

For the Common that the Arabic language present an airtight container accomodates the Qur’anic text with it’s meanings and words, also laws and provisions.

And when it were the levels of understanding and interests different between Scholars and educators,it’s natural that there are plurality of interpretations and varieties.

That’s what justify the multiplicity of interpretations in the past and now,for various disparities in their aspects and provisions which was spoken by the interpretation of the Qur’anic text.

What can we say about the variety of interpretations takes us to speak about the nature of this variety, because interpretations that emerged first started by the code of the Arabic language,consisting of poetry and prose in the era of eloquence and argument.

And as these interpretations,that use the code arab ; books of interpretation that extracted from the Qur’anic text provisions in the doctrine, legislation and transactions throughout the ages was written in.

There is another kind of interpretation which benefited from the last interpretations,and it did not invented a knew legal of the the legitimacy, but it merely re wording the language or simplification or other goals that are not lacking with the interpreter to recruitment different language issues.

This study addresses in detail : linguistic presence in the past and present.
