The professor of physical education and sports within the educational system, like the other professors in other disciplines, he feels the need for certain things affect his behavior, and that the need is not only saturated that affect the behavior, which depends on the extent of satisfaction with his work, which is reflected on the performance within the institution, The study examined the relationship between the sources of psychological combustion and job satisfaction of the teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary stage.

In this study, we used the descriptive approach.

Our research society represents the 125 teachers of physical education in secondary education.

As for the statistical methods we used the program (spss 23), and the results reached a negative correlation between the sources of psychological combustion and job satisfaction of teachers of physical education.
