Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to know the extent of the standards of the administrative management on the development of the performance of the Algerian football federation, Along this study, we searched for the extent of the impact and role of the standard of planning, management guidance and oversight of coordination to develop the performance of the Algerian football federation.

In the theoretical background we dealt with three chapters: the first concerns the criteria for administrative management in sports, the second concerning the performance and the third relate to the Algerian football federation.

To solve the issue, includes the leader of the league and in our study we based on the Algerian descriptive analytic approach of football and assigned to their task of the development of sports in general and football in particular, because of the little study, we have selected a sample of search with a deliberate that met, which includes half the members of the study , we didn’t provide them with any kind of advantages, th sample was formed by 51leaders and workers.

And we used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information, then we made a statistical analysis to prove and disprove the hypotheses, the study led to : The standards of administrative management (planning, organization, coordination, and control) have a big impact on the development of the performance of the Algerian football.
