Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بأبعادها التي تمثلت في (القيادة رضا الزبائن مشاركة العاملين مشاركة الموردين، و التحسين المستمر) على الأداء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده المتمثلة في تحقيق فرص النمو الجذابة، تعزيز سمعة الشركة، و تعزيز القدرة التنافسية لشركات الكهرباء الأردنية و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة و الإجابة على أسئلتها و اختبار فرضيات الدراسة فقد قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة وزعت على عينة من العاملين في شركات الكهرباء الأردنية تكونت من (150) شخصا، حيث تم استرداد 120 استبانة بنسبة استرداد بلغت (%80) و لدى إدخال البيانات على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي فقد تم استبعاد (6) استبيانات وجدت غير صالحة، و أجريت عمليات التحليل الإحصائي على (114)استبانة و بعد إجراء عمليات التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اثر دال إحصائيا لتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الأداء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده الثلاثة (تحقيق فرص النمو الجذابة، تعزيز سمعة الشركة، و تعزيز القدرة التنافسية، و في نهاية الدراسة قام الباحث بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي يرى أنها ضرورية لتحقيق مستوى أعلى من الأداء الإستراتيجي في شركات الكهرباء الأردنية.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the application of total quality management (TOM) in terms of leadership, customer’s satisfaction, employees’ participation, suppliers’ participation and continuous improvement on strategic performance with its dimensions, namely: achieving attractive growth opportunities, enhancing the company's reputation and enhancing competitiveness for Jordanian electricity companies.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, answer its questions and test the hypotheses of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire distributed to a sample of workers in the Jordanian electricity companies consisting of (150) persons, where 120 questionnaires were collected with a collection rate of (80%).

When data was entered into the statistical analysis program, 6 questionnaires were excluded and found to be invalid, and the statistical analysis was performed on (114) questionnaires.

After conducting the statistical analysis using the appropriate statistical methods, the study found a statistically significant impact on the application of total quality management (TQM) on the strategic performance with its three dimensions, namely: achieving attractive growth opportunities, enhancing the company's reputation and enhancing competitiveness as well.

At the end of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions that he believes that they are necessary to achieve a higher level of strategic performance in the Jordanian electricity companies.
