Abstract EN

Syntax is a structural aspect in Arabic language, and a feature of its particular traits.

It is subject to a set of rules adopted by the standard Arabiclanguage system.

However, the Arabic language may be subject to linguisti requirements that lead to a deviation from these constraints in frequent stances.

Consequently, this case gives rise to violation of the norm.

On the other hand, its linguistic samples should not be considered ill-formed from the standard usage, yet some of these samples appear to be distinctive features of Arabic language aesthetics and artistic inimitability.

This fact raises a set of questions inherent to the nature of syntax and its normative limits in view of accuracy and inaccuracy, and the linguistic tolerance available for its deviation from the standard.

This means that the Arabic language intrinsically involves requirements bound to the standard system, concurrently, to performative exigencies that rest on various motives which tolerate users to infringe the standard of the system, known among grammarians as rationale.

This dissertation seeks to implement the concept of violation in the linguistic scope, and to show to what extent it is fossilized in our linguisticheritage in use and study; moreover, its relationship with the rules of the syntactic system.

The study shed the light on some of the syntactic violation grounds required by the use in which most of its samples are found in the corpus of our linguistic heritage via some aspects of melody, necessity, and discrepancy; along with realising branches of its issues on the syntactic system rules and its background.
