Abstract EN

The research deals with occupied Palestinian Negev.

The study aims to: recognize the most important laws in which the Zionist entity have depended on to conquer the biggest area from Negev lands and to study the discriminations against Arabs.

The study aims also to analyze the geographical distribution of recognized and unrecognized Bedouins villages and the most important strategic plans to Judaize the Negev.

In order to achieve these goals, the research splits into five main parts: The first deals with the Negev natural environment, the second with Arabic towns in the Negev, the third handles Negev judies laws, the fourth deals with the discrimination against Arabs in the Negev, while the fifth deals with national governmental strategic plans to Judaize the Negev.

In order to complement these aims, the Analytical approach has been adapted, along with using quantitative statistical methods.

There was no doubt that 1948 Arabic issue represented one of the most real threats on the Zionist entity security, and is also considered one of the most sensitive issue of the Palestinian-Zionist historical conflict, and henceforth stems the study importance in that: it deals with serious problems facing the 1984 Arabs.

Since it sheds light over sensitive subject touching 1984 Arabs.

This study may open perception and horizons ahead of learners and interested people in the internal matters of 1948 Arabs.

The most important findings are that in the Negev 70% Arab and 30% Jews settled in 157 towns, among them 45 towns for the Arabs.

The occupation government recognized around 8% of the Arab towns.

The population of the unrecognized villages varies from between 4500 people in Wadi Alnaam to around 350 inhabitants in Amra and Al-Sadeer villages.

Also the population of the recognized towns varies from around 4500 inhabitants in Beer Hadage to 850 dwellers in Dregate village.

The most dangerous of the 2015 Negev plan was the increased population of the area from 535,000 in 2003 to 900,.000 inhabitants in 2015, through recruited 200.000 Zionists from the Middle area to the South.

So the Arabs' percentage became less than 20% from the total population.

That will greatly affect the demographic status of the area.

The most important recommendations include the need to provide material and non-material support to our people in the Negev to support their steadfastness in facing colonial occupation, to participate in boycott activities, and to withdraw investments from (Zionist Entity) that began to spread out in the Western countries.

There is a necessity to motivate human right societies roles to defend Palestinian Negev inhabitants' rights and to join our activities and efforts with human rights groups worldwide.
