The problem of the research stands to get the light on the strategy of constructing learning with deaf group to learn the skill of disc throw which may find the optimal strategy which make the process of learning the skill easy to the dumb and deaf pupils.

The aim of the research is to prepare suggested learning program with a constructing strategy in learning the disc throw and to know its effect on handicapped persons.

The researcher has got that the Pipy style gives the chance for the learner to think in a large number possible from the resolution for the problem which face the learning process which lead the pupil to think about the creative thought, the matter which leads to develop the learning process of the pupil.

The researcher concluded that it must care of using of this style as one of a new strategy helping in learning and encourage those who working in the learning process in the sport field and getting away from traditional methods.

She recommended to use the new methods in learning the sport activities for handicapped persons.
