English Abstract

Our research deals with an African character, had a larger role in the course of political events of the Republic of Uganda It is a personal Gen.

Idi Amin, during his reign (1971-1979) .it was won the Republic of Uganda, which Tattabrmen East African countries, independence in 1962from British colonial rule, it was its geographic location is important tomake it of interest to the colonial powers, particularly Britain, which visions natural extension of Egypt and Sudan, which is the British influence in the black continent where the strategic importance of the Red Sea bar.

And out Britain from Uganda, sought with all their efforts to keep unsound by making government independence politically, economically and socially weak, which will make way for the intervention of many outside parties in ganda's affairs, which made the Government of independence under President Milton Obote, which took over rule country, speed up the restructuring of government institutions and private security, which threatened the interests of the imperialist companies that fill the country, which pushed aggressively to find alternative Obote president, who has become a threat to the interests of those forces in Uganda and even East Africa, was Idi Amin first candidate appropriate alternative the new governor of Uganda, in particular, the availability of a full conviction among British politicians colonial and other powers to civilian rule is not suited to Uganda, we need to establish a dictatorial military rule ensures their interests in the territory of Uganda and East Africa
