English Abstract

Characterized by the sixteenth century as a century of revolutions and wars and religious reform intellectual disorders, which has increased the severity of these disorders the emergence of the modern nation-state, which found that the advantage to take advantage of religious conflict in the achievement of political objectives, and these countries France, which was designed to get tulle and Metz and Verdun this resulted in the emergence of the principle of international balance.

In addition to the religious factor that caused this turmoil and economic factor that has had a profound impact on the unrest and wars, this factor has emerged after the precious metal will flow to Europe from the New World which led to a revolution in prices.

Has appeared in the period until the early seventeenth century a group of countries that headed towards progress and prosperity thanks to increased artisans and workers' wages, the higher the number of countries that have become involved in the events which France and England, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Russia.

So the seventeenth century witnessed several problems that resulted from the intense competition between countries with different interests nations.

Was the Thirty Years' War (1618-1648) of the most important wars in Europe in the seventeenth century, which ended with the convening of a reconciliation or the Treaty of Westphalia in 1648 that ended the religious conflict and acknowledged doctrine Albertstani recognized doctrine to the Catholic side, and was a strong factor impact in achieving reform or religious and political balance in that era.

The paper discusses the reasons that led to the Thirty Years' War, and then highlights the roles that went through the war, as taught Find Peace of Westphalia items and involving him from religious and political decisions had an impact on the sovereignty of the principle of tolerance in Europe, and finally clarify the outcome of the war, which was severe impact on Germany.
