This study sheds light on the old and modern phases of the phenomenon of atheism in the West.
It also clarifies the courses upon which the process of criticizing atheism proceeded at the hands of philosophers and intellectuals who enriched modernity with their accomplishments and contributed to the discussion whose effects remain to this very day.

"La critique occidentale de l'athéisme", est le titre de l'article rédigé par Imad-Dine Abderrazzak, un chercheur en philosophie moderne à l'université Beni-Suif (Egypte).
Cette étude fait ressortir le phénomène de l'athéisme occidental dans ses stades anciens et contemporains, et montre les trajectoires suivies par le processus critique de l'athéisme chez des philosophes et penseurs qui ont enrichi les temps de la modernité par leurs réalisations, et ont contribué à une discussion qui est encore effective jusqu'aujourd'hui.
