Zakah on salaries and income : should I Pay Zakah on my salary ?

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, I would like to know, if i have to pay Zakah or not. I live with my parents and I still go to university, but I have a part-time job. I earn 400 Euro a month. Sometimes this money is not enough for me, because there are times when I need more money. What should I do ? Should I pay Zakah or not ? Thank you.
