Under the title “Laicite and the Post-Secularist Society”, the French researcher Rojer Mono sheds light on the originality of the concept “post- secularist society” by presenting the interrelatedness of this concept with the traditional theories of secularization.

Does this concept aim at paving the way for the return of the religious (retour du religieux), or -on the contrary- to establish the secularization process? Monjo attempts to answer this inquiry by asking a digressive question concerning the application of the principle of laicite in the context of post-secularism and the ensuing results of this application.
