Translating other nations literature heritage is considered as a sign of a nation's strength.

It is a faetor among - many others - of comprehending the value and achievements of other cultures, in order to benefit from such value heritages, accumulated from different culture.

It is important to emphasize that Muslim Civilization was not only taking others' civilization without applying some screening measures.

The role of the Islamic civilization is to take advantage of, after a thorough screening and taking what is fit to Muslim Nation and humanity, which indicates that there arc some non-beneficial literatures in the sight of Islamic Culture, which arc not considered by Muslim translators.

The movement of translation in the Islamic society came after the Arabs agreed on one dialect out of many, that is the Quraish dialect, where al Qura'an dissented.

The agreement was established through many literature annual festivals, such as Okadh, Mcjannah, and Thul Majaz, among others, where there were competitions among literates and poets.

The translation movement in the Muslim society went through many stages.

The strongest of all the era of the Abbasid Rule during more than five decades, where politics highly encouraged literature and scholarship.

There are many effects of this movements, some of which are positives and others, which arc few, are negatives.

It is recommended that this movement should be considered al all eras, for it is a true sign of civilized acts of communications among nations.
