English Abstract
In this thesis some properties and characterizations of b -q -open sets have been discussed.
By using the notion of b -q -open sets several classes of functions such as strongly q -b -continuous functions, q -b -continuous functions, q -b -irresolute functions, weakly b -q -open functions and weakly b -q -closed functions are obtained.
Also, several properties of these functions are studied and investigated.
Moreover by applied this notion some classes of graph functions are investigated.
Finally, several properties of b-closed spaces, countably b-closed space and quasi H -closed space also offer.
