English Abstract
In this thesis, we will discuss the basic concepts of graphs, the representation of graphs by different types of matrices, the representation of graphs by characteristic polynomial and the spectrum of graphs.
New idea of algebraic graph theory will be introduced such as association scheme and its relation with general geometrical properties of graphs.New results in this field illustrated by examples will be given
