Abstract EN

This study discusses the role of Jordanian constitutional judiciary in protecting the human rights and people’slibertiesespecially privacy.

The studyaims to trace the nature of the provisions and judicial principlesasstipulated by the Jordanian constitutional judiciary entities related to human rights and liberties.

The study discusses the way the judicial system has guaranteed and enforced these rights as it controls the compliance of these with the Constitution.

This has required the Constitutional Judiciary to clarify the degree to which the text in the Constitution is being applied through its interpretation and understanding the degree of compliance the laws and regulations with these stipulations in the Constitution.
