استراتيجية ترقية التشغيل و محاربة البطالة في الجزائر : مقاربة اقتصادية أم اجتماعية ؟

Abstract EN

Since 2008, Algeria has adopted a new strategy to promote employment and fight against unemployment to put an end to the social approach and replace it with an economic approach.

However, the content and the results of this strategy show that the public authorities vision doesn`t change but has been strengthened by helping professional integration device which is basically temporary employment program hence a device to delay the unemployment.

While the contribution of the devices that support entrepreneurial initiative remains low because of a number of factors some of them are the bureaucracy, laws rigidity, the local products low competitiveness and the weakness of companies’ management culture among entrepreneurs.
