This paper attempts to focus on a part of the ancient Islamic history and its jurisprudential history, especially the history of the doctrines of jurisprudence in its eastern part of the reform by showing attempts to bring the doctrines of the four imams together through the period of inertia and tradition to the present era, In the convergence of doctrines.

Cet article tente de se concentrer sur la partie de l'histoire islamique, ancienne et l'histoire de la jurisprudence, et en particulier l'histoire des écoles de jurisprudence islamique en incisant l'Orient de la réforme par une déclaration tente d'amener les écoles de jurisprudence islamique de l'époque des quatre imams à travers l'ère de stagnation et de la tradition à l'époque actuelle, qui a connu un bond en avant dans le rapprochement entre les sectes
