Abstract EN

This research aims to shed light on the organizational climate in the Algerian institution, and to define its dimensions.

To deal with this we have adopted a questionnaire consisted of 38 terms which was distributed among 80 workers of the middle cadre workers of the regional direction of SONELGAZ Annaba.

After analyzing the results, we deduced a series of outcomes show that the organizational climate in this company with its dimensions (the organizational frame, the communication, the organizational culture, the type of management and training) is favorable and adequate to the nature of the company activities, and there is no difference between the middle cadre works views towards the nature of the common organizational climate.
