Abstract EN

This research presents scientifically and deliberately stages of strategic planning to achieve whole progression.

The first section of this research states these three stages, whereas, the second section point out future vision for the progression according to its their financial and unfinancial requirements.

The third section presents progression in regard to Islamic idea and economic designs, So, the last section presents the most important universal modern changes (Globalization) and economic developments to cope with it to benefit from strategic planning to perform whole progression.
