Malaysia's foreign policy during the reign of Ton Abdul Razzaq Hussain (1970/1976) was not as empty as the result of Malaysia's outstanding leadership effort; the common interests of Malaysia, regional and international states, and neighboring countries were an opportunity for Abdul Razzaq to go to those countries; To promote long-term industrial leapfrogging; and to strengthen cooperation between Malaysia, Arab countries, Malaysia and Southeast Asian countries (ASEAN) and Western countries to support development and further economic growth at good levels.
