Abstract EN

This study aimed at exploring the relationship between lifestyles and levels of mental health among sample from Jadara students University, the sample consisted of (203) Students, (80) female and (123) male as available sample.

The life Style Personality Inventory (LSPI) and General Health Questioner (GHQ) were used.

The Results of the study showed that the conforming theme (active) life style was prevalent among the sample while, the social interest theme life style was the less prevalent among the sample.

Results showed also that the social interest correlated positively with social impairment, and the controlling theme active correlated positively with anxiety and psychosomatic.

While other correlation between lifestyles and levels of mental health were not significant.

Also, the result showed no significant relation in life style according to gender except the exploiting theme active getting even and no significant relation in general health level according to gender.
