Abstract EN

National Strategy for the Empowerment and Leadership of U.A.E Women (2015-2021) Between Reality and a Look to the Future This research purposes to find out the march of the strategy of empowerment and leadership of women in the U.A.E (2015 -2021), also to know the bases from which is started, and the priorities that focused on them, and the future of Emirate women in terms of empowerment and leadership after the national implementation of the strategy.

In this research a number of scientific methods have been used and for the implementing of its objectives such as the comparative method, descriptive and analytical approach.

This research has launched from a principal problem which is “What is the role of the National Strategy (2015- 2021) in the empowerment and leadership of U.A.E women?” And from the same problem other ones were derived like a sub-problems such as the bases from which the strategy started? and What are the priorities that focused on this strategy? What the future of Emirate women will look like after the implementation of this strategy? The research reached a number of conclusions also proposed a number of recommendations and suggestions.
