Abstract EN

This study aimed at exploring the effect of Teaching Program based on Flower & Hayes Model on improving skills Creative Writing of tenth grade students.

To achieve the aim of the study the researcher prepared a Teaching Program and designed test items to measure the skills of Creative Writing.

The sample of the study consisted of (121) from 10th grade students distributed into (4) sections: (2) representing the experimental group and the other (2) representing the control in the school year 2014/2015.

The sample was selected using purposeful sampling from Zarqa.

Results of the study indicated significant differences at (α=0.05) due to the instruction strategy used, in favor of those taught using Teaching Program based on Flower& Hayes Model and significant differences due to gender, in favor of females; while no significant differences were found due to the interaction between Program and gender.
