Through the available information about the organizational health and strategic performance and the relation between them, so this research are checking of perspective of organizational health dimensions (institutional integrity, Consideration, Initial structure, and moral) with strategic performance.

The finding show that there are positive effect and correlation between organizational health and strategic performance.
