The Study Represents The Current Attempt Research To Find Out The Role Of Management Techniques Conflict To Consolidate Performance Organisational A Sample Of Members Of Boards Of Technical Institutes In The Province Of Dohuk, Where Proceeded Researcher Preparing Theoretical Framework Beneficiary Of Literature Theory Of The Subject And On The Basis Of The Foregoing Seeking Current Research To Answer The Question (Do Styles Conflict Management Role In The Performance Organisational) In Order To Answer It Was Building A Default Form Explains The Nature Of The Relationship And Influence Of Research Variables Of Management Techniques Conflict (Independent Variable) And Performance Organisational (Variable Adopted), And The Light Was Formulated Hypotheses Main Branch Of Hypotheses Subset, And Relying On A Set Of Statistical Methods Have Been Testing And Analysis Of The Data Collected Through The Questionnaire, Which Was Distributed To A Sample Of Members Of The Boards Of Technical Institutes In The Province Of Dohuk.

The Most Important Conclusions Of A Relationship And Significant Effect Between Styles Conflict Management And Performance Organisational, While Represented The Most Important Recommendations Of The Research Work To Maintain Specific Levels Of Conflict Within The Departments And Units Institutes And Through The Promotion Of Competition Between Individuals And The Development Of Controls For The Recruitment For The Benefit Of Institutions And Their Employees, And Not To Resort To Threat And Punishment At Resolving The Conflict, But Assigning Personnel To Address Their Problems In The Way That Would Satisfy And Verify Their Interests And The Interests Of The Organization Alike
