In this paper we define a new type of regular rings called yl'JVL-ring, that is, a ring R is yVNif for every a e J!, at least n or 1 - n is ^-regular element.
So we will study some basic properties of elements of this ring.
Also we discuss the relation between yVNL-vm^, with other rings such l^JVi-ring and I'JV-regular ring
