Abstract EN

This research aims to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial environment dimensions (government policies and procedures, socio-economic situations, entrepreneurial and business skills, financial support, and non-financial support) in achieving the strategic innovation, and the University of Zakho was selected to perform the practical field of the research, the sample of research included (80) from the teaching staffs, a form of questionnaire was designed with the help of a group of experts for data collection, the data were analyzed using several statistical tools.The most important of research conclusions are that there is a significant correlation and effect between entrepreneurial environmentdimensions and strategic innovation in University of Zakho.

The research concluded some suggestions which are: In order to reach high levels of strategic innovation the University of Zakho should appreciated the innovative work and efforts of teaching staffs by providing to them a morale motivation, sufficient financial support to adopt specialresearch andprojects, as well as the need for a recent scientific centers provide advisory services to teaching staffs to embrace their innovative work and publish their research
