Abstract EN

The research deal with a number of important topics in management thought through the study of the role of charismatic leadership and its impact on the achievement of innovative behavior, as well as its impact on access to the desired objectives, in terms of the detection of the nature of the relationship and influence between both variables, charismatic leadership as an independent variable and innovative behavior as the dependent variable, according to what has been developed from the hypotheses tested by the views of a sample of (25) members of the administrative leadership within the University of Dohuk in an attempt to find out the nature of the relationship between the two variables.

The research focused on the deans and heads of departments and of both gender and ages.

And in order to obtain field data, has been the adoption of the questionnaire as one of the methods chosen for this purpose, and has been using a variety of statistical methods to test the model study and its hypotheses, and from which we came to a set of conclusions, most notably the existence of a correlation and effect between the variables of the study, both were directly or indirectly.

Finally we introduce a set of recommendations that could enhance or support the positive aspects of the field of the respondent and address the negatives if you take it in the future
