The laws have taken into consideration the Childs protections, and put great efforts to secure them from criminal committment.

One of the rights of child is to protect her from Sexuall Assualts.

That leaves irremovable dangerous consequences such as rape.

A child usually is subject to rape because she has not reached the age to assess her actions and behaviours.

In addition, she might not be able to adequately defend herself or resist circumstances along with little experce in dealing with these situations in her life.

Subsquenty, these circumstances eases the commitment of the rape with her consent or not, that is why almost all criminal laws try to protect the victum of crime.

This protection can be reached either aggravating the punishment on criminals or not taken her consent into account with regard to the existence of the crime, rather her incomplete consent might be considered as amitigating circumstance that reduses the punishment depending on different criminal laws in diffirent countries
