Having gradually lost its leader role in the Asia-Pacific, the Obama Administration has started a new strategy, named rearranging of balance, to regain its previous presence.That shift came after emerging the China's challenge, in spite of the fact that the latter declared that it has no intention to compete US hegemony.The costly wars waged by the US against Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as economic shortages have deeply affected American hegemony.

In the light of its new strategy, the US tries to strengthen its classical alliances, build new alliances, and play active role in AsiaPacific area disputes, such as Chinese Southern Sea .

As long as China has an effective role in that area, which enables it to keep its interests properly, the US tries through that strategy to affect that role in its interests.China is trying to send a clear message to the world that its strategy intends to keep its interests and respect its neighboring countries as well .It is forgone conclusion that Obama latest visit to China proved that both countries try to build relations in which every side can monitors each other.Due to both countries have internationally influential role; they should do their best to promote regional and international prosperity and stability.On the other hand, both countries in addition to AIPAC are trying to build free trade policy in Asia-Pacific.Economic optimism, prosperity, growing investments in China, and China positive role in American economy have significantly contributed to relieving Americans fears and pushed to strengthen trading and economic relations with China.Obviously, there are some views believe that the Chinese progress is not clear.

This can distort Chinese development.
