This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the application of quality corresponding to the international standards management system ISO 9001: 2008 in public economic institution.
The study deals with the theoretical aspect of basic concepts about the quality and the definition of quality management system and its basic principles, then we addressed the practical side at the level of NAFTAL institution.
