This research addresses the problems associated with the ethics of a career in public institutions, economic and public institutions and the private sector.
In the current era there is a decline has been noted by the staff and workers for good and proper and conscious implementation of the tasks and job duties.
This functional behavior and ethics of dealing within the institution has many variables and factors that are in control of it, such as religious, social, environmental and psychological factors, which is reflected on the role of the rules of procedure and regulations of work to refine and upgrade the functional behavior in order to achieve the objectives of the institution in improving and developing of work and production.
