واقع و آليات استدامة التوازن المالي لصناديق الضمان الاجتماعي في الجزائر : دراسة تحليلية وصفية

Abstract EN

The aim of this paper is to know the reality of financial balances of the social security sector in Algeria through the analysis of its expenses and the corresponding income on the one hand , and research on the other hand for the appropriate mechanisms for the sustainability of financing this sector and that keeps the balance financial , and in this context has been the focus funds on the most important components of the social security system in Algeria, witch is the national Fund for Social Insurance for workers salaried , the National Pension Fund and the National Fund for Social Security for non- salaried workers .

The study concluded limited sources of funding in these funds , resources are primarily funded by contributions from socially insured and some are having difficulty collecting all revenue due to several factors, especially the informal market which imposes the need to search for other resources to maintain financial balance .
