Abstract EN

This paper aims to evaluate the impact of economic reforms in Algeria on the real economy sectors over the period (1990-2012), with the perspective reading of these reforms at prospect 2017.

We reach through the study that economic reforms or as it is called first-generation reforms were negative on the real economy, both during the phase-supported economic reforms (1990-1998) which was circumstantial in poor economic situation ,and the auto-reforms phase (2001-2014) was positive in the short term, but it didn’t allow the real Algerian economy the independence from external variables which are called shock variables, thus it has become subordinate to these variables’ fluctuations .
